• PCT Disputes and Appeals Procedure

Here is a link to the PCT procedures for dealing with disputes with Contractors. We hope that you will not need them, and the LPC is always available to help mediate with the PCT on behalf of Contractors, which can usually resolve any issues without resorting to formal procedures. All information is treated in the strictest confidence.
