MUR & NMS Reporting

Every quarter each contractor must submit information to the PCT regarding their MUR and NMS activity in a set format.

Contractors will receive a reminder from the PCT and the spreadsheets can also be accessed by clicking below

Quarterly reports must be sent to the PCT (until April 2013) and then to the Herts & S.Midlands Area Team.
