Medicines Management in Care Homes
A letter has been sent to all contractors; the LPC would encourage pharmacists and/or senior technicians to attend if you are involved in providing services/supplying medicines to care homes. NHS Devon has previously circulated a questionnaire with a letter to all pharmacy contractors about their involvement and communication with care homes, the closing date for this is the 31st May . Please take time to complete and return this questionnaire; all the information provided will be used to inform the workshop and will also aid the LPC in its discussions and negotiations with the commissioners.
