Community Pharmacy Operations Group

The Community Pharmacy Operations Group (CPOG) is a recently extablished interface group which will improve the communications between the LPC and Coventry tPCT. It meets every month and focusses on everything from new ideas for Enhanced Services to the detail of the pharmacy contract monitoring process.

PCT Medicines Management Manager, PCT Finance Representative, PCT Public Health Representative, PCT Clinical Governance Representative, LPC Executive Committee Representative, LPC Company Chemists Association (CCA), LPC Independent Community Pharmacist ,

Open Door Policy: PCT Senior Managers, LPC Executive Officers, LINKs (Patient representative)

Co-Option - Expertise for task & finish work to be co-opted, with Group approval
