Asthma UK have launched a new self-management resouuce, called 'My Asthma'; which is for children 6-11 to help them understand and better control their asthma. It contains a child friendly personal asthama action plan which lists the medicines they take and what to do if they feel worse. It also contains an Asthma medicine information postcard for their parents/carers and a fun wall calendar with stickers which the child can log how their asthma has been each day.
