Local Pharmaceutical Committees (LPCs) represent all NHS pharmacy owners in a defined locality, usually one or more specified NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB) area and Local Authority Health and Wellbeing board areas.LPCs are recognised by NHS England and NHS ICBs at a local level. They are consulted on local matters affecting pharmacy owners.
